The house has 02 levels, each level with 02 double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with toilet, sink, walk-in shower and a bathtub.
On the first floor, there are 02 double bedrooms: Green and Morpheus.
There are 02 terraces: one covered, one open.
There is a garden with a pergola.
Guests can also use a jacuzzi, (on request), and can use the Garmen Hills facilities: swimming pool (May to September), table tennis, badmington, volleyball, basketball, pétanque.
It is possible to rent either a room(with private floor), one floor (with 02 bedrooms) or the entire house(04 bedrooms).
On weekdays it is possible to rent only one night.
